Treasure Island
Full moon energy activation retreat
06-12 Sept 2025

The retreat, Koh Yao Noi
On the beautiful Island of Koh Yao Noi in Thailand, next to Phuket… Is a wonderland of Yoga. Nestled between the lush jungle and the beach. In this beautiful retreat, you’ll be staying in a relaxing wooden bungalow tucked cozy between the palm trees in a beautiful garden. The staff of the retreat are extremely friendly and always go out of their way to make your stay adventurous and unforgettable. You can book a boat trip along the Islands or a kayaking tour between the jungle and mangrove forests of Karbi. The food in their Sawadee café is delicious and freshly prepared for your daily delight.
I will be your personal teacher throughout the retreat. Serving you with delicious yoga classes, built up perfectly to suit your every Yoga desire. Starting out gently and increasing the level of intensity daily. So that you can ease into it after your long flight. But slowly each day, building up strength and flexibility to push you deeper into your practice. And bring you to the edge of your comfort zone. To a level you didn’t know you could reach,... Yet !
The retreat takes place during a full moon, and on this day, I have something special planned. I will guide you through a full moon energy activation class, through Yogic Kundalini exercises and breath work, we will try to tune into the energy of the full moon. Working with this energy in a yogic way will make you feel more grounded, centered and aligned. It can release emotional blocks or make you feel more supported in your energy. It could give you more clarity in your mind and strengthen your connection with your mind, body and soul.
The venue, a yoga wonderland
The Yoga Shalas are spacious and equipped with every prop your Yoga hearts desire. Blocks, straps, bolsters, cushions, sound bowls and gongs. Everything you might need to support you in the classes. The classes will be energizing in the mornings and relaxing in the afternoon. With Hatha or Vinyassa in the mornings to get you going. And relaxing Yin/ Restorative classes in the afternoon to calm your nerves, relax the senses and stretch deep into the muscles you didn’t know you had.
Between the classes, there is enough time to explore the Island, rent a motorbike, Do some kayaking, which I highly recommend. Or just chill in the Sawadee café, sipping coffee or a cappuccino and slowing down, contemplating life, while you’re overlooking the beach and ocean.
The Island of Koh Yao Noi is a true paradise, where locals are truly friendly. The birds sing loudly and the geckos walk freely. With its laid-back vibes, white beaches and turquoise waters, lush green jungles and beautiful ocean views. It’s a little gem that not many people know of and is not overrun by mass tourism. I can assure you that you will have the time of your life and hopefully feel like a new person after a delightful week of yoga and Island bathing.

Why come?
Why come to this retreat? Why not. Why not treat yourself to an unforgettable retreat experience, in an unforgettable location, with unforgettable yoga classes and spiritual practices? With stunning views and picture-perfect beaches and ocean lagoons.
This location has it all. With its laid-back vibes, stunning shalas in an incredible setting, with lush jungles and palm trees. This retreat venue has a warm and spiritual feel to it, making it even more special.
Why come on a retreat with me? Good question… Let me tell you a little bit about myself so you can get to know me a little bit better. Throughout my life, I’ve always felt a strong pull towards spiritual things. Cristals, Tarot cards, energy healing, energy channelling, reading spiritual books, etc. But my life hasn’t been easy, I think my soul wanted to learn things the hard way. But because of all the hard and painful experiences I endured. I developed a strong sense of empathy for everything that lives, for the differences between people. To see people without judgment or prejudice. To have a deep connection with the universe and its inhabitants. Animals and humans alike. I found that the love frequency is the only vibration that could ever connect us with who we truly are and how we truly want to be. By falling in love with Yoga 7 years ago, I found my way home to myself and the true path I want to walk on this planet.
I decided to dedicate my life to becoming the best yoga teacher I can be for myself. Not looking at other teachers to measure myself against, but only learning from them as much as I could by joining their classes and together deepen the practice and grow our love for this old and beautiful practice. By learning from so many different teachers, I gained a deep knowledge of many different styles, which I want to share with YOU! If you come on a retreat with me, I promise to create a safe and comfortable space to practice in. Without judgment or competition. Where you can deepen your practice safely and deepen your connection with yourself. To explore our inner world that we all have and share, but have become so disconnected from, through the troubles of societal pressure and life trauma. Which we all suffer from if we’re being honest. This retreat gives you a chance to disconnect from your daily life and reconnect with nature and your truest self in an amazing and chill environment.
Do you need more reasons to come??
